Vena’s artistic passion is photography, and she takes it to another level… sometimes a print just will not do! She calls her process photographic mixed media. All of the mixed media prints are done by hand, so each piece is totally different and unique! The 7-step process of transferring her images to wood and metal, take the viewer to another time and place!

Vena also loves to paint and can even get her weld on! She learned to weld in high school! Her Grandpa was a professional welder, so she gets to spend quality time with him in his garage everytime she has a new idea for a welded piece!

The image to the right is #1 of a series of 10, called links to unity, it is welded chain bolted to a paint bucket, and then painted! Each piece of the series, will come with its own custom pedestal!
